摘　　要：林业分类经营是国家林业经营体制改革的重大措施,森林生态效益补偿制度则是实施林业分类经营的前提和保障。讨论了林业分类经营中建立森林生态效益补偿制度的必要性,并就森林生态效益补偿制度建立与完善提出几点建议。Classified forest management is a significant measure for the institutional reform of the national forest management, while the compensator）＇ institution of forest ecological benefit is the prerequisite and guarantee for implementing the classified forest management. The necessity for establishing the compensatory institution of forest ecological benefit in the classified forest management is discussed, and some suggestions for the establishing and perfecting of the institution are also put forward.
