摘 要:通过对VulcanXC-72炭黑进行不同条件的处理获得了具有不同表面化学性质的载体,使用比表面积(BET)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、酸碱滴定等技术手段对载体的物理化学性质进行了表征。以甲醛为还原剂,氯铂酸为前驱体,经过前处理的VulcanXC-72炭黑为载体,制备了Pt/C电催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)技术对催化剂进行了表征,考察了炭黑的不同处理条件对Pt/C催化剂分散性的影响。实验发现VulcanXC-72炭黑经过处理后,表面酸性含氧官能团的含量有较大的变化;使用官能团含量较低的炭黑(N2处理)作为载体制备的Pt/C催化剂,Pt颗粒分散性较高,并在单体电池性能测试中显示了最高的催化活性。A series of carbon supports with different surface chemical nature were prepared with the pre-treatment of Vulcan XC-72 carbon black, and characterized by BET, FTIR and acid-base titration. The above pre-treatment carbon supported Pt/C electrocatalysts were prepared by the impregnation-reduction method, with formaldehyde as the reducing agent, HEPtC16 as the precursor. The effect of the pre-treatment of Vulcan XC-72 carbon black on platinum dispersion was studied by the characterization with XRD and TEM technologies. The experimental investigation confirmed that the pre-treatment of carbon black had an important effect on the amount of surface oxygen groups, and decreasing in amount of surface oxygen groups would favor platinum particles dispersion in Pt/C electrocatalysts. Platinum electrocatalyst supported on NE-treated carbon showed the highest electrocatalytic activity.
