摘　　要：粘结漏钢严重影响铸机生产率提高。对粘结漏钢残留坯壳进行检验分析,发现其具有外表面振痕紊乱、坯壳厚度从上向下逐渐变薄等特点。分析原因,制定相应的解决措施,取得了较好的效果。The breakout in casting has a large effect on the productivity of continuous caster. The paper indroduces the analysis on the residual shell due to breakout during casting. It is found that there are such defects of billet as disordered oscillating mark, thickness getting thinner from top to bottom. And also the causes and thd related measures are describes. A better effect has been achieved.
