摘　　要：基因治疗是被普遍称为21世纪具有很大发展前景的新医疗技术,被寄希望成为人类战胜疾病的利器;但是因其既存在不成熟尚难攻克的诸多关键问题,又因其应用具有难以解决的利弊双刃性,笔者主张对其无为胜有为。Gene therapy, which could conquer many difficult and complicated hunman diseases, is a prospective new therapy technology in 21th century. But there are many critical problems that are to be solved because of its unmaturity. At the same time ,gene - therapy has a double - edged advantage and disadvantage during the course of applications, as a result of which the author thinks gene - therapy should not be used in daily life.
