摘  要:目的:探讨长时间有氧力竭运动疲劳后,心肌线粒体膜结构变化及其与游离钙的关系。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1980-01/2004-12关于有氧力竭运动对线粒体膜通透性转运通道的影响的文献,检索词“MitochondrialPermeability,Sport”,并限定语言种类为英文。同时检索万方数据库1990-01/2004-12关于有氧力竭运动对线粒体膜通透性转运通道的影响的文章,检索词“线粒体,线粒体膜转运蛋白,凋亡,细胞膜通透性”,限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:选择有氧力竭运动对线粒体膜通透性转运通道的影响有关的观察对比研究、经验总结等文献,排除重复性研究。对剩余的文献查找全文。资料提炼:收集有关有氧力竭运动对线粒体膜通透性转运通道影响的文献28篇,排除重复性研究12篇。纳入16篇,其中关于有氧力竭运动后线粒体膜磷脂酶A2活性对线粒体通透性转运的影响2篇,关于有氧力竭运动后膜蛋白巯基对线粒体通透性转运的影响5篇,关于有氧力竭运动后谷胱苷肽对线粒体通透性转运的影响6篇,线粒体通透性转运与细胞凋亡的文献3篇。资料综合:力竭运动后,线粒体巯基谷胱甘肽含量下降引起的线粒体渗透性转运可能是运动疲劳的重要原因。在长时间力竭运动中,钙离子转运可能是运动性疲劳更为敏感的指标。线粒体膜蛋白巯基、谷胱甘肽的含量显著降低诱导的线粒体渗透性转运通道打开,引起钙离子转运的失调,又会反过来影响线粒体渗透性转运。这种作用可能是造成运动疲劳及损伤的一个重要原因。结论:细胞凋亡与线粒体结构、功能有着密切的关系,有氧力竭运动后内源性活性氧增加,线粒体钙含量增加、膜蛋白疏基的氧化、谷胱苷肽含量显著降低及磷脂酶A2的活性增加都可导致线粒体通透性转运通道的打开,线粒体通透性转运又可引起跨膜电位耗散,并释放可以激活OBJECTIVE: To discuss the structural change of myocardial mitochondrial membrane and its relationship with free calcium after the fatigue of movable endogenous free base and prolonged exhausted exercise. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Medline database was undertaken to identify articles about the influences on mitochondrial permeability transition pore after prolonged exhausted exercises published in English between January 1980 and December 2004 with the keywords of “Mitochondrial, Permeability, Sport”. Meanwhile, Chinese articles about the influences on mitochondrial permeability transition pore after prolonged ex- hausted exercises published between January 1990 and December 2004 were searched in Wanfang database, the keywords were “mitochondrial, mitochondrial membrane transport protein, apoptosis, membrane permeability”. STUDY SELECTION: The articles about the research and summary on influences of mitochondrial permeability transition pore after prolonged exhaustive exercises were collected and the repeated researches were removed, and then the full-texts of the rest articles were searched. DATA EXTRACTION: Twenty-eight articles about the research and summary 9n influences of mitochondrial permeability transition pore after prolonged exhaustive exercises and remove repeatability research were collected, and 12 repetitive studies were collected. Of the 16 selected ones, 2 were about the effect of mitochondrial phospholipase A2 on mitochondrial permeability transition after prolonged exhausted exercises, 5 about the effect of albumen on mitochondrial permeability transition after prolonged exhausted exercises, 6 about the effect of glutathione on mitochondrial permeability transition after prolonged exhausted exercises, and 3 about mitochondrial permeability transition and apoptosis. DATA SYNTHESIS: It is rear that after the prolonged exhausted exercise, for the content drop of mitochondrial glutathione, the mitochondrial permeability transition is the important reason of fat
