摘　　要：收费制度改革后,学生及其家庭所承担的费用比重增幅显著。但是各地区高校收费标准相差甚大,那么,昂贵的收费标准的依据是什么?依据是否合理呢?通过综合各种收费标准及其依据之说,在对现实情况的考察、分析的基础上,从理论上对高校收费标准和依据提出质疑。With the reform of college tuition system, proportion of higher education expense has largely laid upon college students and their families. The foundation for such a high charge and its rationality are questions to be studied. This paper, in considering the multiform charges and their explanations and through analyzing some facts, and questions the validity and rationality of college charge standards.
