摘  要:从重庆市油菜工程技术研究中心的甘蓝型油菜骨干亲本中随机选取了32份材料用于研究,另外10份材料是来源于部分研究材料的同源株系或反交组合,用以辅助评价。分析了SSR多态性,65对引物共扩增出341条带,其中,具有多态性的带234条,占68.62%。以不同研究单位所选育的材料间平均遗传距离为相对标准(ck),32份材料间平均遗传距离为0.521,有22.92%超过ck。这些材料中,16份黑籽材料间的平均遗传距离为0.5389,有24.17%超过ck;16份黄籽材料间的平均遗传距离为0.4329,有9.56%超过ck;13份双低材料间的平均遗传距离0.5261,有19.23%超过ck。从所抽取的样本看,目前利用的骨干亲本尤其是黄籽亲本材料的遗传基础还不够丰富,今后要拓宽骨干亲本的质源范围,现有材料也需要进行筛选和优化。32 basic rapeseed parent lines together with 10 homogenous or reciprocal cross lines of them were provided by Chongqing Rapeseed Technology Research Center for tests. SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) analysis using 65 pairs of primers yielded 341 amplification bands, 234 of which were polymorphic and accounted for 68.62 % of the total bands, Average genetic distances (AGD) among lines bred by different institutes were adopted as relative standards (ck). The AGD among the tested 32 lines was 0. 521 and 22, 92 % of which exceeded the ck, The AGD among the 16 black-seeded lines was 0. 5389 and 24.17% of which exceeded the ck. The AGD among the 16 yellow-seeded lines was 0. 4329 and 9.56 % of which were higher than the ck value. The AGD value of the 13 double-low lines was 0. 5261 and 19.23 % of the values exceeded the ck. Based on the investigation on the materials studied here, the genetic backgrounds of rapeseed parent lines especially the yellow-seeded lines are quite limited. The germplasm sources of rapeseed parent lines should be broadened and the present lines should be genetically grouped as well.
