摘  要:利用沉析法和筛析法及显微镜等方法,对1988年以来采自南黄海表层和浅孔样品进行粒度、矿物及生物组合等多种分析,应用沉积物的粒度参数来判别沉积环境。研究结果表明,南黄海陆架的沉积环境十分复杂,在其中部,有一个低能量的沉积动力活动区,它的各种属性都与南黄海冷水团密切相关。这一低能沉积环境,形成了浅海粉砂质粘土相沉积,该沉积物主要由细粒物质组成,平均粒径为8.5Φ;粘土组分的含量>70%:含海相沟鞭藻和双壳类等生物,并含有丰富的自生黄铁矿。这些特征表明,浅海粉砂质粘土相是南黄海陆架沉积模式的重要部分,是浅海陆架沉积环境研究领域不可忽视的对象。Multiple anayses were conduted on the grain-size and mineral and biological assemblages of surface and core sediments sampled from the South YellowSea sinee 1988. The results using sedimelltary the grain-size parameter to reflectsedimentary environment showed tha the sedimentary environment on the continental shelf of the South Yellow Sea is very complicated. There is a low energy region of sedimentation dynamics in the central part. The low energy sedimentary environmentled to the formation of the special neritic silty clay deposits. The sediments were mainly .composed of fine material (mean size is 8.5 Φ), in which clay content occupied more than 70%, sand contCni was less than 1% and the rest was silt. The sediments contained marine facies Dinoflagellates, Bivalvia and abundant authigenic pyrite. These characteristics suggsted that the neritic silty clay facies is an important part of these dimehary pattCrn on the Souhern Yellow Sea shelf and their main sources were homogeneous suspensions in the cyclonic eddy system for the clay fraction, the surrounding sediments of the system for the silty swhment and authigenic pyrite forthe very small fine sand fraction
