摘　　要：DICOM标准是PACS网络中各系统互连的基础,也是用于统一各种数字化影像设备的图像格式和数据传输的标准。本文根据项目开发经验,分析了DICOM图像的结构组成,并详细描述了在C++平台上其信息读取接口的设计与实现过程。Digital image and communication on medicine （DICOM） is not only the base of the interconnection of system in PACS, but also a standard in order to unify all kinds of image formats and data transmission. Refefing to the project development experience, this paper introduces the format of DICOM image, and describes the design and realization of the DICOM image Information-reading interface on C ＋ ＋ in detail.
