摘　　要：本文采用丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及带环氧基聚硅氧烷乳液,分别处理兔羊毛精纺机织物,通过扫描电镜分析处理剂在织物表面的分布,并运用二因子二水平通用旋转组合设计,探索最佳工艺条件。经测定整理后的织物具有较高的抗起球性,良好的手感和耐水洗性能。In the paper the pilling-resistance finishing experiments were conducted with adhesive acrylate and softening agent epoxy polysiloxane to find the optimum parameters. The roles of the chosen finishing agents were also analyzed by SEM technology. The pilling of finished worsted fabrics was beyond grade 3 and good handle and stability were got after being rinsed.
