摘  要:为考核壳体大变形对传爆接头传爆性能的影响,通过殉爆影响因素对爆炸序列和壳体变形的影响分析,设计了传爆接头间隙摸底试验。研究结果表明,对于复合材料纤维缠绕壳体,当发动机处于工作状态时,壳体发生较大变形,使传爆接头传爆界面出现间隙,对其传爆性能有较大影响;原有传爆接头已不适应壳体大变形的需要,需采取措施改进接头性能。In order to verify the effects of hig shell distortion on performance of the transmission detonation joint, the gap tests were projected through analyzing the effects of influence factors of induced detonation on the explosive train and shell distortion. The results show that big shell distortion makes transmisson detonation interfaces of joint generate gap for composite filament-wound case, which has great effects on performance of the transmission detonation joint during the working course of motor. The old joint can't meet the demand of big shell distortion, and the performance of joint should be improved.
