HSV-2对鼠DC2·4、RAW264.7细胞分泌IL-6影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)对鼠骨髓源树突状细胞DC2.4株、鼠巨噬细胞样细胞RAW 964.7株分泌白介素6(IL-6)的影响及意义。方法用HSV—2感染和/或LPS刺激DC2.4、RAW 264.7株,ELISA法测定IL-6分泌水平的变化。结果HSV—2感染能促进两种细胞IL-6的分泌,不能抑制LPS刺激细胞后IL-6的分泌。结论HSV—2感染促进DC2.4、RAW264.7细胞分泌IL-6,使免疫反应趋向于Th2型免疫应答,可能为HSV-2感染发生免疫逃避的机制之一。Objective To study the IL- 6 secretion by murine DC2.4 and RAW 264.7 cell before and after treatanents with HSV- 2 plus/or lipopolysaccharide（LPS） .Methods ELISA was used to assess the IL- 6 contents when DC2.4 and RAW 264.7 cell were infected with HSV- 2 plus/of LPS. ResulTS HSV - 2 increase the IL- 6 secretion of both the cells and has no the ability to inhibit the LPS - induced interleukin - 6 secretion Conclusions HSV - 2 increased the IL - 6 secretion of DC2.4, RAW264.7, favorating Th2 - type immune reponses. It may be one way escapting the immune responses of the hosts.
