摘　　要：目的探讨金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)在早产发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法(SABC技术)检测13例早产临产、17例足月临产及20例足月未临产产妇(对照组)胎盘组织中MMP-8的分布和表达。结果MMP-8在羊膜及绒毛膜上皮细胞和间质细胞中均有表达,主要表达于滋养细胞。早产临产组胎盘组织中MMP-8表达的平均染色强度计分高于足月临产组和对照组(P<0.05,P<0.001),同时足月临产组也高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论MMP-8可能参与早产分娩的发动,在早产发病机制中起一定作用。Objective To explore the pathogenesis role of placenta matrix metalloproteinase-8（MMP-8） among women with premature delivery. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in .50 women in the following 3 categories： preterm labor （n= 13）, full term in labor （n= 17）, and full term in non-labor （n=20） that were served as the control group. The expression of MMP-8 in human placenta was measured and compared by immunohistochemical assay among these groups. Results The immuoreactivity of MMP-8 was found in epithelial cells and stromal cells in amniotic and chorionic membranes and particularly the trophoblastic cells in human placenta. An average staining intensity score of MMP-8 in the placenta of the preterm in labor group were higher than those in the full term in labor group and also the control group （P 〈 0.0.5, P〈 0.00l）. In addition, the average staining intensity score of MMP- 8 in the full term in labor group were higher than those of the control group （P〈 0.00l）. Conclusion MMP-8 may play an important role in the initiation and pathogenesis of premature labor.
