摘 要:目的探讨肺脏在血管活性多肽代谢中的作用。方法①采用放射免疫法测定40名世居海拔1 100 m(对照组)的健康青年男性志愿者进入海拔2 260 m 3个月,3 780 m 1、5和15 d时动静脉神经降压素(NT)、β内啡肽(β-EP)、内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的血浆含量,用t检验计算出各组动静脉浓度差。结果NT:对照组NT静脉血浆浓度高于动脉,进入海拔3 780 m第5 d时,NT动脉血浆浓度增加,静脉浓度下降,动静脉浓度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。β-EP:进入海拔2 260 m 3月和3 780 m 15 d时,β-EP动脉浓度下降,静脉浓度显著增加(两组动静脉比较P均<0.01)。ET:进入3 780 m 15 d时ET动脉血浆浓度下降,静脉血浆浓度与前4组相比显著增加,动静脉间差异显著(P<0.01)。CGRP:进入3 780 m 15 d时CGRP动静脉血浆同时下降,动脉血浆浓度下降幅度大于静脉(P<0.01)。结论研究结果提示肺脏对CGRP、ET-1有代谢作用,对NT、β-EP可能有灭活作用。Objective To probe the role of lung in metabolism of neurotensin (NT), β- enderphin(B- EP), endethelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in healthy volunteers who had a short term exposure to the high altitude environment. Methods The arterial (A) and venous (V) blood samples of 40 young healthy male volunteers who were inhabited in a relatively lower altitude of 1,100m were collected on the spots of altitude 1,100m(control group), at 2,260m after staying there for three months; and at 3,780m after staying there for ld, 5d and 15d respectively. Samples were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results NT content of venous blood was higher than that of arterial bleed in the control group. The NT content of A increased and V contents decreased when volunteers entried altitude 3,780m for 5d, and the differences between A and V were significant ( P〈 0.01 ). β - EP plasma levels of A dropped and V increased significantly in groups of 2,250m for 3 months and 3,780m for 15d, P〈 0.01. ET showed significant differences between A and V (P〈 0.01 ) in the group of 3,780m for 15d. CGRP levels of A and V both decreased after staying at 3,780m for 15d and arterial CGRP level was lower than that of venous ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Lungs play a role in the metabolism of NT,β - EP, ET and CGRP.
