板蓝根抗肾综合症出血热病毒的研究

摘　　要：目的了解板蓝根对肾综合症出血热病毒的作用。方法将板蓝根加入吸附肾综合症出血热病毒的培养细胞,培养后用荧光检测。结果一定浓度的板蓝根有抗肾综合症出血热病毒的作用。结论高浓度板蓝根对肾综合症出血热病毒有杀灭或抑制作用,临床上可用高浓度板蓝根注射液治疗肾综合症出血热。Objective To determine the virocidal effects of radix isatidis against HFRSV. Methods Radix isatidis extract was added into cultured cells adsorbed with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus （HFRSV）, fluorescence detection was performed after successful cultivation. Result A certain level radix isatols showed definite viricidal effect against HFRSV. Conclusion High-level radix isatidis extract could kill or inhibit HFRSV. It is possible to cure hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome with injection of high- level radix isatidis extracts.
