衡阳市5年内交通伤害对生产阶段人群的死亡减寿评价  

Evaluating the Production Stage Masses' Deaths and Lifespan Shortened Induced by Traffic Accidents in Hengyang Within Last Five Years

摘　　要：目的评价衡阳市交通伤害所造成的生产阶段人群的死亡减寿损失.方法通过交警部门收集1999～2003年发生公路交通事故有关数据,用EPI 2000软件建立数据库,SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析.结果衡阳市5年内因公路交通事故死亡2 076人,占同期总死亡人数的0.86%,有1 369人位于20～64岁这生产阶段,占交通死亡总数的65.94%.在生产阶段人群中全死因死亡所致的YPLL/d、WYPLL/d及VYPLL/d分别为24.39、13.72和-7.42,而同期因交通伤害死亡所致的YPLL/d、WYPLL/d及VYPLL/d分别为31.25、25.15和13.68.在交通伤害死亡所致的潜在寿命损失人年数占全死因死亡所致的潜在寿命损失人年数的2.22%,而潜在工作损失年数则占3.18%.结论尽管交通事故造成的死亡人数占整个居民死亡人数的比例并不高,但是交通伤害对生产阶段人群有着严重影响.ObjectiveTo evaluate the loss of the production stage masses＇deaths and lifespan shortened caused by traffic accidents in Hengyang within the last five years.MethodsThe traffic accident data from 1999 to 2003 were collected from the Hengyang traffic police section and database were established by EPI 2000 software and statistical analysis perfomed on SPSS10.0 software. Results In Hengyang City within the five years studied there are 2,076 deaths due to traffic acciodenoe, which accouted0.86% of the total deaths of the corresponding period.There were 1,369 persons distrlbuted in the range 20 to 64 years old in their productive stage, which accounted 65.94% of the total traffic deaths. YPLL/d, WYPLL/d and VYPLL/d caused by the traffic accident deaths of the production stage masses were 24.39, 13.72 and -7.42, respectively, while YPLL/d,WYPLL/d and VYPLL/d of deaths caused by traffic injuries of the corresponding pericd were 31.25, 25.15 and 13.68 respectively. The person year of potential life loss caused by traffic accidents was 2.22% of the total deaths and the potential orking year loss was 3.18%. Conclusion Although the proportion of the traffic accident deaths in the total residents＇deaths was limited, it showed evidently that traffic accident seriously affected on the production stage population.
