摘　　要：在高速数据芯片中,TMS320F240最适合于SPWM控制,由它来控制逆变器的6个开关器件,实现SPWM变频调速。文章简要介绍了该芯片的基本结构和特点、以及SPWM变频调速的原理和电主轴频率转换调节系统的主逆变电路。经实验和实际应用证明,TMS320F240功能很强,运算速度很快,适用于三相交流电机的控制。Among high speed data chips, TMS320F240 is most suitable for SPWM control. It is able to control six of the switching components to realize SPWM fiequency conversion regulating. The basic structure and features of the ship, and the principle of SPWM frequency conversion regulation, as well as the main inverting circuit of the motrized spindle are introduced briefly in this paper. Through experiments and practical operation, it is proved that TMS320F240 is powerful and features high speed operation, it is suitable for controlling 3 phase AC motors.
