通痹止痛胶囊抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通痹止痛胶囊的抗炎作用。方法通过角叉菜胶致足肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹膜炎及大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,观察通痹止痛胶囊的抗炎作用。结果通痹止痛胶囊对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀及对大鼠关节炎症介质前列环素(PGE2)生成有显著抑制作用,同时对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有明显的抑制作用,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成也有抑制作用。结论通痹止痛胶囊对急、慢性炎症均有抑制作用。Objective To observe the Anti-inflammatory effect of Tongblzhitong capsule. Method Such as carrageenin inducing rat pedal swelling, acetic acid inducing mice peritonitis and cotton-pellet inducing rat granuloma were carried out to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of Tongbizhitong capsule. Results It showed obvious inhibitory effects on rat pedal swelling, the capillary permeability of abdominal cavity and cotton-pellet. Conclusions Tongbizhitong capsule had inhibitory effects on acute and chronic inflammation.
