摘　　要：本文介绍李茎尖培养、茎段培养、胚培养、原生质体培养及叶片培养,分析其中的有关影响因子,重点阐述不同碳源和外源附加物对试管苗生长和分化的影响,并提出李组织培养的存在问题及解决途径。The advances in tissue culture of plum （Prunus） in the world, including culture of shoot tip, stem segment with bud, embryo, protoplast and leaf, are reviewed. The influencing factors, especially different carbon sources and adding matters are evaluated in this paper. Some suggestions for further studies are also put forward.
