摘 要:建立了一种用离子选择性电极测高浓度氟的新方法。该方法在体积为100.0mL、浓度为1.000×10-4mol/L的氟标准溶液中连续4次加入1.000mL高浓度试样,分别测定其电动势。用格氏作图法的原理,由得到的5个电动势和相应的溶液体积计算样品含氟量、10次测定的标准偏差<0.0052,相对标准偏差<3.4%,3个水平、6次测定的回收率为99.3%~105%。该方法具有简便快速、准确可靠的特点,用于分析工业废水和化学试剂中氟含量,得到了满意的结果。A new method has been proposed for the determination of highly concentrated fluorine. In this method, a sample of 1.000 mL with high concentration fluorine ion is added for 4 times continuously to a standard solution, whose concentration is 1.000 × 10^-4 mol/L and volume is 100.0 mL. The potentials are determined respectively, by using the principle of Gran graphics. The fluorine content in the sample can be calculated from the 5 potentials and relevant volume of the solution. The standard deviation of the 10 times determination is less than 0.005 2. The relative standard deviation is less than 3.4% and the recovery rate of 3 levels and a 6 times determination is 99.3% to 105%. Therefore, this method is simple, convenient, fast, accurate and reliable. Satisfactory results have been obtained in the analysis of industrial wastewater and chemical reagents.
