益智醒脑丸对中风先兆病人血浆内皮素和一氧化氮的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益智醒脑丸对中风先兆病人的血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法240例中风先兆病人随机分为益智醒脑丸组(治疗组)和阿司匹林组(对照组),观察治疗前后两组病人血浆ET、NO的变化,并观察其临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率(97.30%)明显优于对照组(72.57%),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。益智醒脑丸与阿司匹林比较可明显改善中风先兆病人血浆ET、NO水平(P<0.01)。结论益智醒脑丸能够改善中风先兆病人血浆ET、NO水平,可用于防治中风先兆。Objective To observe the influence of Yizhixingnao pill on plasma ET and NO in patient with aura of stroke. Methods Clinical study on 240 cases of aura of stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group（120 cases）treated with oral Yizhixingnao pill and a control group with oral Aspirin（ 120 cases）. Plasma ET and NO before and after treatment were investigated, and the curative effect was observed. Results The effective rate was 97.30% in the treatment group and 72.57% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. Yizhixingnao pill could in change plasma ET and NO. there were significant difference before and after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, There were significant difference between treatment group and the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The result suggested that Yizhixlngnao pill could change plasma ET and NO level in aura of stroke, it could be used to prevent and treat aura of stroke.
