浅析河北省软件产业人才建设

摘　　要：软件产业是发展信息产业的核心和灵魂,要想促进软件产业的快速发展,关键就是人才。阐述了河北省当前软件产业的人才现状———缺口较大,结构失衡,机制不全,教育滞后。分析了其形成的原因,结合软件产业发达国家软件人才建设情况,提出了河北省在软件产业方面的人才培养和队伍建设应走市场化、产业化、信息化道路的建议与措施。The software industry is the core or soul of information industry, and the person with ability is pivotal factor. This paper shows current status great gap, unbalanced structure, not right mechanism, lagged education and the reason in Hebei Province. After the status is researched in developed countries, the advices are put forward which are regulation through the market, industrialization and informational way.
