摘　　要：通过计算机的串行口,实现WINTEL架构的控制系统关机。详细介绍WINTEL架构的控制系统关机方法,硬件设计,软件设计。用Visual Basic语言编程,通过Windows控件检测串行接口的电平变化,调用API函数实现安全关闭控制系统和电源,实际应用证明该方法简单,实用。By detecting the voltage changes of computer serial adapter,the controlling system was shut down based on WINTEL （Windows ＆ Intel）. The shutting down controlling system of methods,software and hardware had been introduced in detail. Programming by Visual Basic,the pins voltage changes of the asynchronous was detected, the functions of application programming interface（ API） were called in order to shut down operating system and turn off power. The result of application indicates that the method is simple,effective.
