摘　　要：介绍使用UG对柴油机增压器上导风轮进行建模和CAM处理的方法,分析针对导风轮叶型扭曲、容刀空间小、刀痕流向要求高等特点的数控加工编程问题,阐明UG软件在典型复杂零件制造中的应用。Introduce a method of modeling and computer-aided manufacturing by utilizing Unigraphics to process the impeller of supercharger,focus on analyzing CNC programming problems：the skew style of impeller, limited space between blades, high demand for the direction of tool marks, etc.. Elucidate the application of Unigraphics in manufacturing typical complicated accessolies.
