摘 要:选择了纳米碳酸钙和纳米稀土两种粒子组合物作为润滑油抗磨、极压添加剂,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分别检测了其粒径大小,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机测定了含组合纳米粒子的润滑油的摩擦学性能,采用X射线光电子能谱仪分析了磨损钢球表面化学组成。结果表明:含组合纳米粒子的润滑油具有良好的抗磨减摩效果,纳米碳酸钙、纳米稀土组合粒子的最佳的添加量为CaCO3Wt%∶RE Wt%=1∶1,总浓度为0.6%;大小粒子配合协同作用起到有效的抗磨、减摩效果。还探讨了组合纳米粒子润滑油的抗磨减摩机理。The composed substance of two particles, calcium carbonate and nano-rear-earth (RE), was selected as additive of anti-friction and anti-extreme-pressure for lubricating oil, the sizes of particle diameters were detected by adopting the transmission electron microscope (TEM), the tribological performance of lubricating oil containing combined nano-particles was determined by the use of four-ball friction and wear tester, the chemical composition of steel ball surface being wore was analyzed by means of employing X-ray optoelectronic energy spectrometer. The researching result shows that the lubricating oil containing combined nano-particles has good anti-wearing and friction reducing effects, the optimal amount of addition for composed particles of nano-calcium carbonate and nano rear earth is CaCo3 Wt% : RE Wt% = 1 :1, the total consistency is 0.6 %. The coordinated collaborative action of big and small particles makes effective anti-wearing and friction reducing results. The anti-wearing and friction reducing mechanism of lubricating oil with combined nano-particles was discussed as well.
