芦苇乙醇法分离木素制浆研究(IV)

摘  要:在前面研究的基础上,仍采用L1(543)正交试验方法,研究了蒸煮时间由1.0h延长到2.5h后乙醇、催化剂和液固比等因素对木素、纤维分离的影响。试验结果表明:延长蒸煮时间后,各试验因素仍在各因素中值处交汇,以后随着试验因素水平的增高,影响木素、α-纤维素分离的主要因素是乙醇和催化剂;乙醇和催化剂相互作用对木素分离具有显著的交互作用;在60%乙醇、7%催化剂和6∶1液固比条件下,可以得到较好的木素、纤维分离效果;与前文研究相比,结构没有发生变化,所得木素重均分子量和分散指数分别增加为3405.4和2.19。On the basis of previous researches, L15 (4^3) orthogonal experimental method was used to investigate the influence of such factors as ethanol, catalyzer and liquid-solid ratio etc. on separating lignin and cellulose with the time prolonged from 1.0h to 2.5h. The results indicate that: all the experimented factors still intercrossed at the median point of all factors, then with the increase of levels of the experimented factors, the major factors influencing lignin and α-cellulose separation was the ethanol and catalyzer; the interaction of the ethanol and catalyzer had a notable effect on the separating process; under the conditions of ethanol 60%, catalyzer 7% and liquid-solid ratio 6:1, the separating results were more preferable. Compared with the previous results, the structure of lignin did not change with its average molecular weight and distribution index increased to 3405.4 and 2.19 respectively.
