摘　　要：介绍了TMP连二亚硫酸钠漂白系统的改进,对影响漂白效果的因素进行了分析。结果表明,连二亚硫酸钠溶液pH值低、贮存时间长造成连二亚硫酸钠在酸性、有氧存在条件下的分解,导致白度增值减小,新旧木材原料搭配比例变化大造成白度波动大。并总结了生产中的问题与经验。This article describes the improvement on the TMP sodium hyposulphite bleaching system and analyzes the factors affecting bleaching effect. The result shows that low pH value and long storage time of sodium hyposulphite resulted in the decomposition of sodium hyposulphite in acidic and oxygen conditions and the decrease of brightness gain, and great variation of new and old wood proportion resulted in the brightness variation. The problems and experience in production are also summarized.
