摘　　要：本文研究了日用瓷传统熔块釉中铅的替代物，采用多熔块法研制出与骨质瓷、鲁光瓷相匹配的二次烧成釉，并成功地采用釉料冷喷技术。在有关厂家进行中试，产品的理化性能指标均达到高级日用细瓷出口质量要求。This paper studies a lead replacement in the traditional fritted glaze for Chinaware.A second firing glaze which matches with bone China and Luguang chinaware is developed by mixing several frits, After using a cold spray glazing technology to test the product on a mediumscale in the related factory, the result shows that both its physical property and chemical property meet the export quality requirements of high quality chinaware.
