摘 要:研究了缩合/精馏—活性炭吸附—Fenton氧化工艺预处理高浓度含酚含醛废水的效果,对影响除污效果的因素进行了试验探讨,并确定了工艺优化条件。高浓度含酚醛废水经本工艺处理后,CODCr、苯酚、甲醛去除率分别为98.9%、99.7%、99%,出水CODCr约1350mg/L,苯酚低于70mg/L、BOD5/CODCr约为0.33,能满足最终生化处理要求。Composite process composed of condensation/rectification - activated carbon adsorption and Fenton oxidation was researched experimentally for pretreatment of high-level phenol and aldehyde wastewater. The influencing factors were investigated and the optimal working condition was sought for. By this way the strength of the crude wastewater with high concentrated phenol and aldehyde was decreased evidently, removals of 98.9 %, 99.7 % and 99 % have been obtained for CODCr, phenol and aldehyde respectively. The remained CODCr and phenol in the outflow of this process are lower than 1 350 mg/L and 70 mg/L respectively and with BOD5/CODCr ratio about 0.33. It is believed that this will be quite favorable for the further biological treatment.
