摘 要:重茬土经施肥改土、高温灭菌后,增施木霉菌的试验结果表明:木霉菌可以在甜瓜根表、根际定殖存活,同时不影响其他有益微生物的正常生长;土壤经高温灭菌后,土壤中的微生物呈真空状态,有利于木霉菌的快速定殖,促进甜瓜生长,降低甜瓜枯萎病的病情指数。甜瓜枯萎病发病率与土壤中镰刀菌孢子的存活量成正相关,与土壤中木霉菌、细菌数量的多少成负相关。Trichoderma that was applied to the continuous cropping soil had been improved and disinfected was studied. The results showed that Trichoderma could survive and reproduce on the rhizophere and on the mot surface. At the same time Trichoderma had no harmful effects on other beneficial microorganisms. After disinfected by high temperature, the soil microorganisms were in a state of vacuum. The vacuum state was helpful to rapid reproduction of Trichoderma , and could improve the growth of the melons and reduce the disease index of muskmelon fusarium wilt. The disease incidence of muskmelon fusarium wilt showed positive relationship with the number of Fusarium spores that survived in the soil, and showed negative relationship with the amount of Trichoderma and bacteria in the soil.
