白炭黑对导电硅橡胶拉敏特性的影响

摘　　要：将炭黑与ＧＭＸ３３２型液体硅橡胶以１：１混合，加入填充剂白炭黑、催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡和交联剂正硅酸乙酯，可制备白炭黑填充导电硅橡胶。结果表明，当白炭黑填充量为１６．７％～２３．１％时，试样的电阻变化率与拉力呈线性关系，此时电阻变化最敏感。同时对其电阻的弛豫过程及其电阻随拉力的变化关系等实验结果作出了较合理的理论模型解释。The influence of silica filler on the pulling sensitive characteristic of the conductive silicone rubber was studied. The results showed that the silica decreased the relaxation time of electrical resistance of the conductive Silicone rubber, and the best content was l6.7%～23.1%. The experiment results for electrical resistance relaxation process and the dependence of electrical resistance on the tensile force were explained reasonably by a theorical model.
