电针对家兔细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：应用淋巴细胞转化试验（LT）和混合淋巴细胞培养试验（MLC）观察电针对家兔细胞免疫功能的影响。经SD纯系大鼠胸腺匀浆致敬的20只家兔分为实验组和对照组。实验组每日电针足三里、三阴交30min共15d．对照组只针刺不通电。结果电针处理后家兔LT和MLC较实验前明显降低（P＜0．001）．经电针处理的实验组家兔血清对大鼠LT的抑制作用明显高于对照组（P＜0．001）．The observation of the effect of electric acupuncture on cellular immunity function in rabbits was conducted using lymphocyte transformation test (LT ) and mixed lymphocyte culture test (M LC ). Out of 20 rabbits sensitized by rats thymus gland homoserate were divided into test gorup and control group. In test Sroup it is electric acupuncture Tsusanli Sanyinthe for 30 minites every day for 15 days. In control group,it isonly acupuncture above mention points. The result showed thatLT and MLC is more reduce after electric acupuncture treatedthan before experiment (P <0. 001 ). It is suggestion the effectof rabbits serus on LT restraint was higher obvious than control group (P <0. 001 ).
