摘　　要：本文以安徽小井村的调查为例,讨论了作为一个认同和行动单位的村民组对乡村治理的影响。文章认为,当前中国不同区域农村,农民的认同和行动单位往往有很大差异,这种认同和行动单位的差异,是造成村治状况差异的基本方面。农民认同与行动单位构成了理解乡村治理的一个新视角。Based on the survey on Xiaojing village in Anhui province, the paper analyze the influence from villager team as self- identity and action unit to rural China governance. The author insists that the self- identity and action unit of villagers in different area are very different. The difference of the self- identity and action unit is the main reason for the different effect of the governance. The self- identity and action unit of villagers is a new perspective to analyze the rural China governance.
