单链烷基叔胺的合成及其反应条件的优化

摘  要:用硬脂酸和N-甲基二乙醇胺合成了单酯质量分数大于80%的烷基叔胺。利用高效液相色谱(HLPC)对产物中单、双酯含量进行了分析,用IR对反应产物的结构进行了表征。研究了反应物的摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量和携水剂用量等因素对反应进程和单酯含量的影响,通过均匀试验确定了酯胺化反应的最优反应条件为:物料比n(MDEA)∶n(STA)=2.0∶1,携水剂用量14%,反应时间6.5h,催化剂用量0.5%。The alkyl tertiary amine was synthesized by stearic acid and methyl diethano lamine, and the monoester in alkyl tertiary amine was greater than 80 %. The contents of monoester and diester were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HLPC), and the structure of the product was charactered by IR. The molecular ratio of reaction materials, time, the dosage of catalyzer and the dosage of carrying water agent were studied, which affected the reactive course and the content of monoesterquat. The optimized reaction conditions for preparation of eateramine was confirmed through homogeneous experiments: the molecular ratio of reaction materials was n (MDEA): n (STA) = 2.0:1, the dosage of carrying water agent was 14%, reaction time was 6.5h, the dosage of catalyzer was 0.5 %.
