摘 要:采用皮革聚氨酯(PU)涂饰剂生产中常用的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚环氧丙烷二醇(PPG)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯多元醇(PTAd)、四氢呋喃聚醚多元醇(PTMG)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料,采用预聚体分散法,合成了水性聚氨酯皮革光亮剂,通过对乳液性能进行研究,及用DSC对样品进行热力学分析,并对所得产品的光泽度进行比较。研究结果表明:PTMG型的水性聚氨酯综合性能较好。The aqueous polyurethane (PU) for high gloss finishing agents were prepared from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polypropylene glycol (PPG), polytetramethylene adipate glycol(PTAd), polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as anionic centers. Chain extensions of prepolymers were formed by ethylene diamine (EDA). Their properties were studied, and thermal properties of the samples were measured using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the comprehensive properties of PU synthesized with PTMG were excellent, so PTMG was chosen to synthesize aqueous PU finishing agents.
