河南经济资源环境之间的数量关系分析

摘　　要：通过运用大量的数据,对河南的经济资源环境状况、污染治理力度的对比分析以及对经济发展与环境污染的回归分析得出:河南人均资源相对贫乏、能源利用效率低下、污染治理投入不足且治理结构失调、经济发展与资源环境极不协调。发展循环经济,促进经济、资源、生态环境之间的协调发展,是解决上述问题的理想途径和必然选择。According to the analyses of the situations of economic resources and environment, the strength of resolving pollution, as well as the regression of the relationship between the economic development and the pollution of the environment in Henan, the Conclusions are as follows： natural resources are relatively scare; energy utilizational rate relatively low; investment to pollution restriction and environment protection not adequate; the governing structure of pollution is in disorder; the relationship of economic development and resources environment are not harmonious. So the article suggests that developing circular economy is the ideal approach and the essential choice to deal with those problems.
