摘　　要：目的探讨骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)在佝偻病诊断中的价值。方法采末梢血液,应用BALP试剂盒在同一操作条件下检测BALP,根据简易诊断标准筛查佝偻病患者。结果1 728例标本中,查出BALP≥250u/L 480例,阳性率27.8%,依照简易诊断标准诊断佝偻病171例,患病率9.9%。经统计分析,P<0.01,两者有显著性差异。结论BALP测定对佝偻病早期诊断和防治有很大价值。Objectlve To discuss the diagnostic value of BALP in the tickets. Methods The BALP was detected with ALP kit of peripheral blood and tickets was screened according to simple diagnosis standard. Results There were 1 480 cases whose BALP were more than 250 u/L in 1 728 with positive rate of 27.8%. According to standard, there were 171 cases obtained diagnosis of tickets with significant difference. Conclusion BALP might have great value for early diag- nosis and treatment of tickets.
