摘  要:基于用金属氯化物可以与有机含硫化合物生成水溶性的络合物而加以去除的原理,通过对比DMSO、DMF的脱硫效果,决定采用DMF作为络合萃取的萃取剂。在综合对比NiCl2、FeCl3、CuCl2脱硫能力、腐蚀性能及价格的基础上优选出最佳的FeCl3络合剂。利用均匀设计实验方法进行了络合实验,并回归出相关的数学方程。在数学分析的基础上得出了最佳的络合萃取条件,即在DMF为97.7%,FeCl3为1.1%,极性溶剂为1.2%时,可以达到最佳的络合脱硫效果。同时实验结果还表明,采用络合萃取很难将硫脱至400×10-6(w)以下。Based on the principle of that metal chloride and organic sulfide can produce water-solubility complexing compound which can be extracted, after comparing the desulfurizing effect of the DMSO and DMF, DMF is chosen as extracting agent for more experiments. After evaluating the desulfurization ability of NiCl_2, FeCl_3 and CuCl_2, the corrosive nature and the price, FeCl_3 was screened out as the optimum complexing agent.Using the uniform design experimental method, the optimum complexing and extracting condition is that 97.6% DMF, 1.1% FeCl_3 and 1.2% polar solvent after the regression equation was established and mathematical analysis was carried out. It also shows it is difficult to control the sulfur concentration below 400ppm through complexing and extracting desulfurization.
