伤科黄水纱治疗药物外渗性损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨伤科黄水纱治疗药物外渗性损伤的疗效。方法选择静脉输液中药物外渗病人120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,分别使用伤科黄水纱外敷和50％硫酸镁湿敷,比较两种方法治疗药物渗出性损伤的疗效。结果同一类药物渗出,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论伤科黄水纱治疗药物外渗性损伤疗效显著,其消肿止痛作用快, 且无刺激性,病人感觉舒适。Objective To probe into the curative effect of yellow-water gauze in the treatment of exosmosis-induced injuries. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing venous transfusion were randomized into two groups： treatment group and control group, yellow-water gauze was applied in the former group and 50% magnesium sulfate in the lafler group to treat exosmosis-induced injuries. The curative effects between the two groups were compared. Results For the exosmosis of the same medicine, the curative effect in the treatment group was better than those in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion yellow-water gauze is effective in treating exosmosis-induced injuries, due to its quickness in eliminating swelling and relieving pains, no stimulus and a comfort feeling.
