摘　　要：目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的心理状况及干预对策。方法采用症状自评量表 (SCL-90)、Zung氏焦虑自评表(SAS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HRSD),对56例OSAHS患者治疗前和治疗后不同时段的心理状况,采用t检验和重复测量方差分析进行分析和对比。结果本组患者SCL-90的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性6个因子分较中国常模明显增高,有统计学意义(P<0．01)。治疗后1周各因子分下降,躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、精神病性、抑郁、强迫6个因子与治疗前比有显著性差异(P<0．01或P<0．05)。治疗后3个月与治疗后1周比,各因子分除人际敏感外都略下降,其中抑郁、焦虑下降明显(P<0．01或P<0．05)。SAS、HRSD测评结果显示,治疗后1周、治疗后3个月该两项平均分依次递减,治疗后1周与治疗前及术后3个月比较,均有显著性差异(P<0．01或P<0．05)。结论 OSAHS患者存在心理障碍,应在不同时期给予针对性治疗、护理措施, 促进患者的身心康复。Objective To explore the psychological state of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） and the intervention countermeasures. Methods With the adoption of SCL-90, SAS and HRSD, 56 patients＇ psychological state were assessed at different stages before and after treatment. The results were analyzed and compared with t-test and variance analysis. Results The subseores of somatization, force, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychotieism of SCL-90 were obviously high- er than the average scores in Chinese norms with significant differences （P〈0.01）. There were significant differences between one week after treatment and before treatment （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Except the value of interpersonal sensitivity, the other five values decreased, among which the value of depression and anxiety dramatically decreased （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） three months after treatment. The results of SAS and HRSD showed that the average scores of these two assessments were gradually decreased one week and three months after treatment. There were significant differences among the values one week after treatment, before the treatment and 3 months after the treatment （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Since the patients with OSAHS have psychological hygiene obstruction, pertinent treatment and nursing measures will need to be provided to improve the mental rehabilitation of patients with OSAHS.
