摘　　要：总结分析52例经外侧开眶海绵状血管瘤摘除术患者的护理体会。所有患者均手术成功治愈,无术眼感染和视力丧失等严重并发症。认为术前做好心理护理,备齐特殊用物;术中密切观察生命体征变化,备齐止血物品,严格无菌操作;术后加强护理,监测视力。The authors summarized and analyzed nursing of 52 cases of cavernous hemangiomas extraction by lateral orbitotomy. All patients were successfully cured in surgical operation, without serious complications like eye infection and loss of sight. The authors hold that the key to ensure the success in operation exists in preoperative mental nursing, well preparation of special articles, close observation of vital signs, well preparation of hemostasia stuff, strict sterile operation during operation and postoperative enhanced monitoring of monitoring of sight, pupil movement and close observation of dressings.
