摘　　要：总结左旋-门冬酰胺酶治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的护理要点,通过对86例患儿的观察及护理,要点包括:治疗前后完善必要的化验检查、低脂低蛋白饮食、合理配伍用药、密切观察不良反应并及时处理等。由于措施得当,提高了治疗效果。The authors in the paper reported their experience in caring 86 acute lymphoblastic leukemia treated by L-asparaginase, concluding the nursing measures include full performance of necessary chemical examination, diet with lower fat and lower protein, reasonable preparations of medicines, close observation and timely treatment of adverse reactions. In their practice, their effective methods led to the rise of curative effect and decrease of adverse reactions.
