摘　　要：对公共行政文化的研究是当前行政理论研究的一个热点。实现公共行政文化变革,无论是对于推动行政理论的完善,还是对于指导行政体制改革都具有重要的意义。本文通过对公共行政文化创新以及行政道德和行政价值等方面的分析,对公共行政文化变革的现实走向进行了初步探悉。The study on public administration culture is a focus of the research on the present administration theory.Either to the perfection of administration theory or guiding the administrative system reform,realizing the public administration culture revolution has important meanings,Through the analysis on public administration culture innovation and administrative morals.administrative value,the realistic trends of public administration culture revolution can be found.
