3种添加剂对良凤花雏鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：选用1日龄的雌性良凤花雏鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20羽,研究中草药、速酸肥和黄霉素对良凤花雏鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,另外4组饲粮在基础饲粮中分别添加0.30%速酸肥、1%中草药、0.30%速酸肥+1%中草药和5 mg/kg黄霉素。进行为期30 d的饲养试验,观测雏鸡的生长性能及血液生化指标。结果表明:中草药、速酸肥、黄霉素或中草药与速酸肥复合添加均可显著提高雏鸡的日增重和饲料转化率(P<0.05)。中草药、速酸肥的效果与黄霉素大致相当。中草药、速酸肥或黄霉素对雏鸡血清中钙、磷、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白的含量、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性均无显著影响。1%中草药组和5 mg/kg黄霉素组雏鸡血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的活性显著降低(P<0.05)。中草药、速酸肥或黄霉素均有降低血清中尿酸含量的趋势。Three hundred one-day-old local female chickens were randomly divided into five groups. The control group was with the basal diet, the other four groups were fed with the basal diets added with 0. 30% Stacidem, 1% Chinese herb medicine, 0. 30% Stacidem plus 1% Chinese herb medicine, and 5 mg/kg flavomycin respectively. After 30 days of feeding, the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes were determined. The results showed that adding Chinese herb medicine, Stacidem, flavomycin or Chinese herb medicine plus Stacidem could improve average daily gain （ADG） and feed conversion rate （FCR） of the chicks （P 〈0. 05 ）. Chinese herb medicine and Stacidem had similar effect with flavomycin on improving ADG and FCR, which indicated that it was feasible for Chinese herb medicine or Stacidem to replace flavomycin in local chicks diet. The content of serum calcium, phosphorus, total protein, albumin, and the activity of alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and alkaline phosphatase （ALP） were not significantly affected by the supplement of Chinese herb medicine, Stacidem and flavomycin. Compared with control, the activity of aspartate aminotransferase （AST） decreased in 1% Chinese herb medicine group and 5 mg/kg flavomysin group, By adding Chinese herb medicine, Stacidem or flavomycin in diet, the content of uric acid in serum tended to increase （P 〉 0. 05 ）.
