摘  要:无机高分子絮凝剂是城市用水和工业废水处理的有效药剂。本文在研究聚合硫酸铁(PFS)合成工艺的基础上,设计出一套合成无机高分子混凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PSPFS)和聚硅硫酸铝铁(PSAFS)的方法。本文采用正交试验法,通过模拟浊水的混凝试验,确定Fe/Si摩尔比、Na2SiO3.9H2O溶液聚合时间、反应时间、反应温度和Al/Si摩尔比等最佳参数;通过PSPFS、PSAFS和商品PAC的对比试验,得出PSPFS、PSAFS在处理炼油废水时,要好于商品PAC。Inorganic polymer coagulant is the effective medicament for processing civil drainage water and industrial waste water. By studying compound process of PFS, a set of techniques of compounding solid PSAFS is devised, called one- step preparation of solid PSAFS. Through the coagulating test to treat simulating turbid water, the best parameters have been obtained by applying orthogonal design: Fe/Si molar ratio , Na2 SiO3·9H20 solution polymerizing time, reacting time, reacting temperature and A1/Si molar ratio. And through comparing tests among PSPFS, PSAFS and merchandise PAC, thus the conclusion that PSPFS and PSAFS are more suitable than PAC for treating refinery waste water has been reached in the paper.
