摘 要:采用机械散气溶气气浮柱(NAFC)气浮处理洗煤废水。结果表明:PAM用量为4mg/L、PAC用量为60mg/L、煤油用量为15mg/L、两进水口间距为160cm和回流比为40%的条件下,废水浊度从274NTU下降到8NTU,COD从210.6mg/L下降到35.2mg/L,出水水质达到回用水要求,可以用于冲厕和绿化用水等。The treatment of of washing coal wastewater by New air-smashing and dissolving flotation column (NAFC) was studied. The test results showed that when the amount of PAM used was 4 mg/L, the amount of PAC used was 60 mg/L, the amount of kerosene used, 15mg/L,the distance between two water inlets was 160cm and the reflux ratio, 40%, the turbidity and COD of the wastewater decreased from 274NTU to 8 NTU, and from 210.6mg/L to 35.2mg/L respectively.The water quality of the effluent reached the standard of recycle water, and it could be used for toilet flushing, green belt watering etc.
