摘 要:根据生活污水组成成份的特点,特异的选择产蛋白酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶的菌株和硝酸细菌及亚硝酸细菌组成强化微生物制剂,与中空纤维膜生物反应器结合处理生活污水并同时与普通活性污泥膜生物反应器进行启动时间和出水水质比较。当进水COD、氨氮、色度、浊度分别为230~580mg/L、80~130mg/L、60~80倍4、0-80NTU,反应器有效体积为36L,水力停留时间为5~10h时,膜生物反应器启动时间仅为24~48h,且稳定期出水COD平均为40mg/L(去除率90.0%);氨氮平均为0.66mg/L(去除率99.4%);色度为0~50倍;浊度为0~1NTU,连续运行3个月,出水水质稳定,达到《生活杂用水水质标准》(GB/T18920-2002),与普通活性污泥膜生物反应器处理生活污水相比,启动时间快、出水水质稳定而优质且氨氮去除率高。In terms of the composition characteristics of domestic wastewater, microorganisms which produce protease, cellulase, amylase and nitrobacteria respectively were chose as superior microorganisms to treat domestic wastewater together with membrane bioreactor (MBR). The results showed that under the conditions of reactor valid volume 36L and hydraulic retention time (HRT) 5 - 1 Oh, for the raw wastewater with COD 230-580 mg/L, NH4^+-N 80-130 mg/L, colour 60-80 dilution times and turbidity 40-80 NTU, the average value of corresponding indexes in effluent were respectively 40 mg/L (average efficiency of COD removal 89.2%), 0.66 mg/L (average efficiency of NH4^+-N removal 99.4%). 0-50 dilution times and 04 1 NTU by the superior microorganism-enhancing MBR whose start-up time was 24-48h only. Effluent quality reached the miscellaneous domestic water quality standard of China (GB/T 18920-2002) even if the system had been running for 90 days. Compared with activated sludge MBR, the superior microorganism-enhancing MBR got excellent and stable effluent quality with more rapid start-up and much higher efficiency of NH4^+-N removal.
