摘  要:利用6000目的高岭土作为动态膜涂膜材料,在相同的条件下过滤活性污泥和二级出水。实验结果显示,动态膜过滤在出水水质和通量方面明显优于直接过滤,而处理二级出水在膜通量方面没有优势。清洗实验结果表明动态膜能有效降低膜内部污染,并能恢复到新膜通量的90%。污泥浓度越大,通量越小。提高膜面流速和增加压力都能有效的提高膜通量,但提高膜面流速更经济。Secondary effluent and activated sludge were filtrated by dynamic membrane(DM) made of Kaolin with 6000 mesh under the same conditions. The results illustrated that the effluent quality and permeation flux with dynamic membrane filtration were more superior than that with direct filtration in treating activated sludge. But there was no advantage in secondary effluent treatment for DM. The experiments of membrane washing showed that DM could decrease the inner fouling of the membrane efficiently, and the permeation flux of treated membrane reached 90% of that of new membrane. The higher concentration of microbial suspend solid(MLSS) led to lower permeation flux. Both of increasing of the flow rate over the membrane surface and trans membrane pressure could increase the permeation flux, while the former was more economical.
