摘 要:针对电动车后避震的疲劳失效损坏,提出疲劳损坏概率估计。通过研究随机信号峰值分布的规律,导出单位时间内峰值分布的概率密度函数,结合后避震上参考点的功率谱密度与S-N疲劳强度曲线,根据Pa lm gren-M iner线性累积疲劳损伤理论,推导出后避震达到疲劳破坏时的实际寿命(均值)与疲劳损坏概率。最后对两种不同车型(KBS,KCS)的后避震进行试验,根据所得的试验数据估计出后避震的疲劳损坏概率,结果表明其估计值与实际的疲劳损坏概率的统计值是相符的,从而验证了该方法的有效性。Aimed at the fatigue failure of electric bike shock absorber,a probabilistic estimation method is put forward.The probability density function during per unit time is introduced by studying the distributing property of the stochastic signal peak values.The life-span of shock absorber and the fatigue failure probability are obtained by the Palmgren-Miner linear cumulating fatigue theory with the power spectral density curve and S-N fatigue strength curve of the reference points on shock absorbers.Finally two different types of shock absorbers(KBS,KCS) are tested and the fatigue failure probabilities are estimated based on the experimental data.It indicates that the estimated value is consistent with the yearly statistical result and the proposed method is effective.
