摘 要:为了提高滚轮法大直径测量的精度,对影响其测量精度的打滑问题、测量力大小的选取、安装误差和滚轮偏心等进行了理论分析和实验研究.改变测量力大小进行实验,找出了在该实验装置上产生误差最小的测量力;对安装误差产生的影响进行分析,找出仪器调整的方法,使安装误差引起的测量误差达到最小.最后经过数据处理和误差补偿可以使滚轮法大直径测量精度达到±6.26μm.In order to improve the accuracy of measuring large diameter with roller method, theoretical analysis and experimental research are conducted on such issues as skidding, selection of measurement forces, installation error and trolley eccentricity, Skidding error can be obtained through the analysis and calculation of the skidding. By changing the magnitude, the measurement force which causes the minimum error in this experiment equipment is identified, By analyzing the effect of installation error, the method to adjust the apparatus is proposed, which minimizes the measurement error caused by the installation error, Finally, the accuracy of measuring large diameter with roller method can reach ±6.26μm after data processing and error compensation.
